There are times when you feel so low and don't know how to Sush away those sad thoughts and feelings 💭. Don't you worry because I am here with all my magical tips that will make you feel better , can't say totally fine but much better and believe me "God’s plans might be different from ours, but they are always for the best"💫
What could be the reasons 🤔:
There are many reasons behind feeling down.May be a heartbreak (huh painful)
Or a disappointment when things not go according to your plans( ahh that really stings ) ,a wave of overthinking, whatever may be the reasons . These random thoughts this overthinking make you feel so low... first of all remember you are not alone ,just sit down and drink some water and taking a few deep breaths. Just try to relax and remind yourself "EVERYTHING IS FINE ,EVERYTHING GOING TO BE OKAY"
After that, try doing a few things to lift your spirits:
- Call your favourite person or instead call your parents (your forever bestfriends)they’ll always know how to cheer you up...
- Or just go for a walk without any plan
- You can order your favourite meal (because happy tummy happy you..)
- Or just cook your favourite meal 😋 it will distract you from your thoughts
- You can eat a dark chocolate that will help in reducing your heavy head !
Trust me you will feel much better and relaxed ...
- listen to your favourite music just put on your headphones and close all your doors and windows , turn off all the lights lay down on bed freely in dark , eyes close and just feel the music...
And remember you are not alone in this battle sometimes we feel all alone.. but everyone is battling through something so just keep smiling because a big smile just make your overthinking fade away ...be happy little one god has planned everything for you ...I am here to listen ...you are never truly alone .. Don't think so much it's just a phase of life that will pass...
